5 But if our unrighteousness serves to show the righteousness of God, what shall we say? That God is unrighteous to inflict wrath on us? (I speak in a human way.)
God is a just God, if we are unrighteous, unless we get it washed clean by His Son, it is righteous for Him to inflict wrath on us.
6 By no means! For then how could God judge the world?
If God was unrighteous, he could not judge the world for being unrighteous.
7 But if through my lie God's truth abounds to his glory, why am I still being condemned as a sinner?
It doesn't matter on the precepts of the lie, lying is still sinning. 9th commandment says it plainly: Exodus 20:19: "You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor." So if you lie, you sin, it's that simple.
8 And why not do evil that good may come?—as some people slanderously charge us with saying. Their condemnation is just.
Evil is still evil. If we commit evil actions, even if its so good could come out of it, it's still evil.
