Romans 3: 1-4 (And reminder below)

Then what advantage has the Jew? Or what is the value of circumcision? ² Much in every way. To begin with, the Jews were entrusted with the oracles of God.

 The Jews are still God's chosen people. Even though they turned away the truth, they are still God's people. For example: Romans 1:16: "For I am not ashamed of the Gospel for it is the power of God for salvation to anyone who believes, to the Jew first, and also to the Greek."  "To the Jew first".  (Note: not the only spot, especially in Romans, that has those four words.)  I think it means exactly what it says. The Jews come first, and then the Greek.

  ³ What if some were unfaithful? Does their faithlessness nullify the faithfulness of God? 

 Nope.

 ⁴ By no means! Let God be true though every one were a liar, as it is written,

“That you may be justified in your words,
    and prevail when you are judged.”

 Exactly.
